Overview

We are seeking a Podcast Production Intern to join our team at FloLabs Innovations Group , where you'll collaborate with our content and production teams to assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of podcast episodes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in podcast production, from audio recording and editing to content development and audience engagement.

As a Podcast Production Intern, you will support the setup and operation of audio equipment, edit podcast episodes, and help distribute content across platforms. You’ll also conduct topic and guest research, ensuring that each episode delivers engaging, high-quality storytelling.

Additionally, you will engage in continuous research and evaluation of emerging AI tools to enhance productivity, staying abreast of the latest technological advancements. This proactive approach ensures our team remains at the forefront of innovation, integrating cutting-edge solutions into our workflows. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about podcasting, audio production, and creative storytelling.

Key responsibilities

Assist with recording and editing podcast episodes, ensuring high audio quality and smooth flow.
Support the setup and operation of audio equipment during podcast production.
Conduct research to develop episode topics and guest ideas, ensuring relevant and engaging content.
Edit audio files, removing background noise, enhancing sound quality, and adding music or sound effects.
Help manage podcast distribution across platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts) and track performance analytics.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to promote podcast episodes across social media and digital channels.
Explore AI-driven audio editing tools to streamline production workflows and improve efficiency.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops, contributing innovative ideas and problem-solving approaches.

Qualifications and skills

Interest in podcast production, audio editing, and digital broadcasting.
Familiarity with audio editing software, such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or GarageBand.
Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling skills.
Organizational and time management abilities, ensuring project deadlines are met.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a creative, fast-paced environment.
