We are seeking an Operations Intern to join our team at FloLabs Innovations Group , where you'll play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing operational workflows that drive AI and robotics projects forward. As an Operations Intern, you will assist with process documentation, resource management, and project coordination, working closely with team leads and department heads. You'll also support communication channels, ensuring seamless collaboration and project execution.

Additionally, you will engage in continuous research and evaluation of emerging AI tools to enhance productivity, staying abreast of the latest technological advancements. Key responsibilities

Process Analysis: Document, analyze, and improve current operational workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency.
Project Support: Assist in managing internal projects, ensuring tasks stay on track and meet deadlines.
Data Organization: Collect, organize, and analyze operational data, supporting decision-making and process optimization.
Communication: Facilitate team and department communication, ensuring clarity and alignment across projects.
Resource Management: Manage operational resources, tools, and documentation, maintaining accessibility and organization.
Innovation: Research and suggest AI-driven optimizations to improve operational workflows and project efficiency.
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, task tracking, and operational reporting as needed.
Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops, contributing innovative ideas and problem-solving approaches.

Qualifications and skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for team collaboration and project updates.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, or Monday.com) is a plus.
Problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to operational challenges.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating across departments and disciplines.
Analytical mindset, capable of organizing data, identifying patterns, and presenting insights.

This internship is entirely remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. You can choose to work full-time (up to 40 hours per week) or part-time (a minimum of 8-10 hours per week) based on your availability.

On-site Internship (Optional):

If interested, we can offer onsite internships at two locations: Austin, Texas, and Lemnos, Greece.
