We are seeking an EdTech and Innovation Intern to join our team at FloLabs Innovations Group , where you'll explore the intersection of education, technology, and innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge educational programs, combining online learning, AI-driven platforms, and hands-on experiential learning with leaders in AI, AGI, robotics, and entrepreneurship.

As an EdTech and Innovation Intern, you will monitor and report on marketing performance, collaborate with design and content teams, and support educational program development. You’ll gain hands-on experience in digital learning platforms, course design, and learner engagement strategies, ensuring innovative approaches are applied to modern education ecosystems.

Additionally, you will engage in continuous research and evaluation of emerging AI tools to enhance productivity, staying abreast of the latest technological advancements. This proactive approach ensures our team remains at the forefront of innovation, integrating cutting-edge solutions into our workflows. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about education, technology, and future-ready learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of educational and marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights for improvement.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with design and content teams to develop innovative educational materials and digital content.
Education Program Support: Engage with online courses, learning platforms, and hands-on internship programs, collaborating with AI, AGI, robotics experts, and entrepreneurs.
Learner Engagement: Support the creation of engaging digital experiences, including interactive courses, webinars, and virtual learning sessions.
EdTech Research: Evaluate emerging AI-powered EdTech tools, identifying ways to enhance productivity, course design, and student engagement.
Social Media & Marketing: Assist with digital marketing efforts to promote online education programs and experiential learning opportunities.
Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops, contributing innovative ideas and problem-solving approaches.

Qualifications and skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex topics.
Familiarity with digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
Interest in EdTech, online learning platforms, and innovative education strategies.
Analytical skills to track and report on campaign and program performance.
Creative problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and project execution.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating across education, marketing, and technology teams.
Interest in AI, AGI, robotics, and entrepreneurship-driven education programs.
